Name one thing CLinton had to do with the dot-com boom.
That was the only reason the market went up too high then came down too fast. It was the faulty of over=zealous investors and hypsters, not the government.

What CLinton did, however, was balance and budget and give the markets 100% faith in the fiscal conservatism of the government. This paved the way for a strong dollar and a super-strong US economy. Bush has thrown that away. He has borrowed more in the past five years than all 42 other presidents combined.
