When I first bought into sepr ages ago, one of the ideas was with a safer purified albuterol in xopenex, would the fda be compelled to pull albuterol? Not that I expected it. But I've been disappointed sepr hasn't put much effort into building data showing xopenex superior on cardiac safety. Maybe too big of a risk to take given the huge price premium? And too expensive for a bio to take on.
