Evidently, you are not around the state of Florida, and you don't know what you are talking about. Jeb Bush had no real power to do anything about the Schiavo thing, and did what he could to keep her alive, but in the final accounting, there was no hope.


He sent in his personal guard in an attempt to stop the tube from being disconnected......a violation of a court order. The FLA state troopers stopped his guard from interfering.

Otherwise, Florida is one of the best states to live in. State taxes are not high, there is no state income tax, sales taxes are not unbearable, and the roads are being maintained very well. The only problem with Florida, is the humid, hot, summer days, and having the longest coast line of any state in the union, which invites a hurricane or two. Or three, or four, or five. :^)

I am glad to hear you like your state........and sorry about all those hurricanes.
