Do we really care where the bottom is? I would say that many of the people here already own this stock. If so they would be stupid to sell at these panic levels. In my opinion, the market is so nervous in general that as soon as someone says I will not make the projections everyone freaks. If you look at the company, what it does, what it makes and whom it sells to (which has been going on continuously for as long as the company has been a player) then you must ask "What has changed?" One quarter does not mean sh*t. So If everyone would just listen to me and chill we can get on with looking at this company rationally. Is the growth slowing to a stop all of a sudden? Is Cisco so much better that noone will buy Ascend's products? Is this another Apple in the making? Well you answer these questions before you call your broker and whimper "Man I've had it! Dump it. I'll just put what's left into some munis." GF P.S I think that everyone has gotten so used to making %50 percent a year that they think they can do better somewhere else. But guess what? One day there won't be anywhere else unless you want to start playing the BB stocks, which I have to say I do, but there is my point.
