Re: "By your rational, Clinton was not impeached, because the Senate acquitted him. Therefore he was not impeached, by your way of thinking."

No, that doesn't fit "my" way of thinking, nor the facts of the impeachment process, nor my POST. Impeachment DOES NOT MEAN CONVICTION. How stupid can you be after all this? LOL. You obviously can't comprehend jack (and I have to say it, you've demonstrated that before).

But I'll try to help, once again. Clinton's trial in the Senate resulted from an IMPEACHMENT, whether to be found guilty later in the Senate Trial, or not. The House of Representatives voted to IMPEACH him, get it? So it was called an impeachment and so went to trial in the Senate, get it? Guilty or innocent in the Senate, the man Clinton, was IMPEACHED!

In Nixon's case, the House of Representatives NEVER VOTED TO IMPEACH HIM, and hence NO TRIAL IN THE SENATE WAS EVER SLATED and, naturally, not held.

Hence, by the by, LOL, since Nixon was neither convicted nor acquited in a trial (unlike Clinton who HAD a trial and was acquitted), you'll probally call that a "verdict of no contest" LOL, and imagine saying so help your cause. Wouldn't surprise me, coming from you.

GOD are you DAFT or WHAT!
