Reagan's deficits made it necessary for Bush I and Clinton to raise taxes. GW' Bush's humongus deficits will mean we'll be paying off his debts for 20 years. How? Well someone has to pay. I recommend Big Oil and the very rich get started. After all, they're the ones GW let off the hook.
