I suppose you meant to say, '... when they are all saying "hold" '? :-)

Talking of which, Michael Gianturco says in the book, "How to Buy Technology Stocks" that many a time he has been tempted to start a mutual fund called the "The Buy-on-Hold Mutual Fund" ;-)
