OT: re iflb funny coincidence that i should remark about the stock earlier 2 day and then bacus resigns? lucky for me? the main guy resigned bwng and the stock went up and everybody like the cc and 10q, lets see what bacus has to say...
its funny how my every post over here is inspected so very carefully by people at ihub and used to somehow undermine my credibility as if what i have to say is so very very important
i wrote a fairly long post to matt in jail im wondering if that will surface over at any of the other boards, it about playing fair but not compromising but being rational, ive been hard on some of the bashers w/ my own "jeering" but its more of a retaliation measure
good luck to all who follow clyw, its a tough time for those that have averaged down and cant buy at the moment
everyone has pretty much squared off into their corners and other than the price and averaging down the ball once more needs to be handed over from to clyw w/ the next pr for both the longs and shorts to fight over
re iflb, i dont think is fair to compare the two companies from a business model perspective, clearly both companies have a huge vision but voip vs gamers is like 2 orders of magnitude further xbox, nindendo, and sony play station each operate on their own standard find a following etc.
clyw has a phone that has cross compatibility and a standard that may or may not be used
iflb has an open source strategy but cross platform compatib. is a real problem and limits the gaming, however i think that the market is vastly underestimated by "serious gamers" and folks like me that dont want to screw around w/ finding the latest trend, we dont read mags and are are not part of any groups etc. so we could realy could benefit the most, its a real baby boomer play if you ask me and could wet appetites for other products
i recall the skateboarding era well i was semi pro, won a few contests etc. i recall skate parks consulted w/ the "best" (most popular) skaters and madea huge mistake by making all the parks "too rad" people got hurt and the industry nearly collapsed.
likewise they are picking the wrong focus groups, the vc's when consider infinium labs and not sinking any money into it because of infrastructure costs. way overly cautious imho systems are quite scalable for that kind of model i'd give the co an offer that they couldnt refuse if i could
imho bacus resignation realy can only be because the ceo is a hard head that will not sellout to vc's he wants to be a multibillionare and so is holding out. the problem is that the technology is fast moving and its getting harder to keep up esp. w/ the xbox release...that shouldnt be a hinderance however...
2 main mistakes
1. unrealistic "personal goals" of ceo 2. poor understanding of the market by VC's
the technology imho is a gimmie nothing compared to what clyw is doing at any level
recommendation, wait till it drops below a penny then put some "mad money" in it if u dare, at that price u own 100,000 shares---then read the pr's as they surface as far as the company having a front is concerned well thats obviously a joke, the company has to have a low profile and be under cover dont think baccus would lie about the engineers
what was baccus's real motive? was it to find out what iflb had? funny how w/ the xbox release emminent he resigns? considering how strongly he feels about the product? id feel the same frankly but you have to see where he comes from and take that into account.
so either baccus was disengenious all along or had a beef w/ the founder, im thinking the later, they do have tech imho but vc's cant get the margin they want and dont understand the babyboomer effect
that could change this could be a wakeup call for the founder and they could see some financing
oh well sucks for those that have lost out, i never posted on ifhb so its all news to me...like i said im not a "gamer" so it turned me off at first
communication however i understand so thats why ive been so interested in CLYW
