Well and how about all that came up about how Arab women under these regimes {Afgan & Iraq), etc etc. As if THAT was news or a reason to go in. There are much worse countries on that score. I always thought that was inapproprate, BUT the real issue here IMO is did Bush really do something illegal or horrific... did he lie or make up intelligence to present to congress? IMHO The fact that Bush may be (have been?) overemotionally involved in this issue which clouded his thinking (can't see the mistake or the appropriateness of admitting the mistake shows this IMO} is beside the point. This isn't a beauty contest anymore, that (election) is over. What is right now? I still think it's worth pointing out that there are plenty of folks with clouded thinking on the topic... those who think the fact that the war was a mistake = pull out right now for instance. Many are more interested in giving Shrubs an "IN YOUR FACE", than analyzing the situation (not claiming to know the answer) starting now. DAK
