If Bush has a plan where can I see it? All I hear is that once the Iraqis can defend themselves, then we can pull out. If that is the case then equipping and training the Iraqi army should be of a very high priority.

How much money have we spent, specifically on equipping the Iraqis?

How much money have we spent, specifically on training the Iraqis?

How much money is earmarked for these tasks alone in the current budget round?

What percentage of the total $50 billion being asked for in Iraq will go to equipping and training the Iraqis?

If Bush has a plan, then these questions should be easy for you to answer. Unless it's a secret plan to end the war.
