Annual stockholders meeting quick report MRV selling triplexers for fttp at a price they expect in volume production. Hoping this keeps competitors at bay. Gross margins about 7% now. Shipped 400,000 to date.. Expect volume to triple quickly. Meantime they are transistioning production from Chatsworth to Tiawan and China to lower costs while making product cost reduction improvenments. Expect GM to grow to 15-20% Providing 100% of product to Telllabs for Verizon FTTP. Well positioned for Bell South SBD rollout of FTTP. Expanding marketing force and restructuring management for growth. Push on network equipment sales in US Still funding Charlotte's Network to the tune of $1.5-2 M per year. Expect product announcement in a couple of months. BlueShirt Group brought on for investor relations. Very small attendance at meeting but a pretty upbeat presentation.
