Kinda pulled both ways by this discussion, and wondering whether what's dividing us may not simply be a matter of time..

As I've been saying....I'm still for the ED.

But I also agree with Shack re those bullish patterns emerging.

May be over-simplifying.......but why can't this rally that we EDers call the 5th up last as long as what we see as the 1st up ??...That ran about 7 months....mid-Aug to mid-Mar....That would have the ED top early in May 2006...Plenty of time, it seems to me, for those bullish patterns to play themselves out.....in a pretty big way.

If they are more powerfully long-term than that.....well, that could ratify the view that the next down (from the ED top) will be within the framework of a huge impulse UP from 2002.....and the Grand Super-Bull to da moon...!!....

MC..Pacificator...
