Murtha and Kerry represent about 80% of the country's opinion on the war, and they have earned the right to be the spokesmen in congress and the senate. Everyone from honest conservatives to liberals can support what Murtha and Kerry are proposing, a safe, sane, careful withdrawl forcing the Iraqis to step up to the plate and defend their own country. Bush-Cheney have not not earned the right to lead us into a war. They have earned a pink slip. They blew it, lied, smeared many war heros and got a lot of good Americans killed in the process.
