I can't remember if he wrote new jobs or all jobs. Your figure is backed up by Asha Bangalore. It will be tougher to see the job loss in the numbers in that case. Lizzie, the BLS commits more torture on these jobs numbers than Dick Cheney on a junket to Gitmo. IMO, to glean anything more than direction from the monthly number is hard, but, yeah, job growth has been tepid. The ECRI predicted as much suggesting that offshorting is one culprit to blame. L2S
