Seriously, we've got these guys lying every which way to send US kids to a stupid war slaughterhouse. We've got corruption investigations up the yin yang. We have a huge negative result... a "quagmire" that is producing terrorists faster than Detroit can produce Chevy's. We've got the vast majority of the country against the war, and against the President.

The Democrats should be screaming bloody murder. Every one in the House should have voted for immediate withdrawal. They are so freaking afraid of losing their freaking jobs it makes me sick. They are just as complicit as the damn Reps. What, five US kids killed today in Iraq? For nothing... who cares? Not our freaking "representatives". They are too busy cutting aid to the very poorest and taxes to the very richest, giving themselves a raise and going on vacation.

I'm sick to my stomach with this shit. I'm so fed up I'm not even sure if I even care anymore that the damn country is going to hell.

I think I may just give up...
