What's your take on Truman's decision??? He could arguably be the biggest mass murderer in the planets history given a certain (moral) context... or the savor or many lives. I agree with you on the rest... ie. US foreign relations, etc... we need some integrity... but I still say Bush is nothing new on that score. DAK
