You're so hung up in circular drivel, that you haven't even addressed my points. It's clear that we are years and years and billions and billions away from making an Iraqi Army from scratch. I've posted the evidence from reliable sources. Yet you don't see it. The Majority of the Iraqi troops are still C3. Only a handful have made it to C1. The only place that re-evaluation of the evaluation process changed was in your head. We've already been over that...and you have no proof of any change. The only change was that less battalions are ready this month than three months ago....yet you call that progress. LOL. Nixon was a POS. Impeachment proceedings were brought against him, so he resigned in disgrace. It's common knowledge that he'd surely have been convicted by the senate.
