John, that is not the way I see it. I see less liquidity among consumers because 30% of their wealth is about to evaporate overnight according to real estate experts on CNBC. As housing prices continue to crash people will stop spending, not the other way around. No one in their right minds buys a home when prices are declining. In stocks this is like catching a falling knife. The next bull market in homes will only start when people think that real estate is a dirty word. Its happened before and will again.
