I lived in the 2 biggest Negro and poor nations of the world. I was born in the second biggest Negro nation Brazil and lived and worked in the biggest Negro nation Nigeria.

31 years Brazil 9 years Nigeria.

The Negro inherits from the environment. He's is not intrinsically inferior intellectually vis a vis the white man.

It is the culture that surrounds him that stupidify him.

You tell the black or the poor white what's good for them but they don't agree with you. He works against his own interest. That because he inherited from the black environment.

Boy they are stupid! I tell Mauro Maravilha that he's got to stop at 4th baby but he disagrees and have the fifth!

I told many white and black guys -when I was dirty poor- that they've got to cultivate honesty and people would trust you because most dirty poor people are crooks. People would notice you from 10Km away when you show honesty.

OK, I have to explain: poor blacks and whites are crooks because they feel dispossessed and think they've been robbed by the system, that what they're taking is so little that won't make a difference for the one being robbed and that that justifies being dishonest.

I was trying to convince them that if you're honest, people would always look to you differently and respect you. Once you taste respect, you have a "feel good effect" on you that money can't buy.

And if you work hard, they always give you better jobs and better money.

All of them told me the stupid was I: I worked to give my bosses success. I like to give profit for the company. I could work as hard as I could but it would not matter since no one would be seeing. (We worked in the field implementing telecoms projects in teams)

That while we ate sandwiches on top of a mountain in a microwave repeater station under wind, cold and working hard our bosses were in a comfortable office in Sao Paulo.

I told them: This is like a slave talking. I will not do this forever. It is just a step for me to get a better deal.

Boy they'd laugh! And they joked! But it was written inside my brain that I would improve because I am much more clever then they are.

If you label that racism, yes, I'm racist!
