The point about racists regli is that the refuse to debate, think, reason or use facts. That's because they don't have anything. So they throw a few insults around, declare victory, and leave. Oh, hang on, that's what you are doing. But it was you expressing the racist, sexist, bigoted positions.
You can't be the racist and accuse others of racism.
We need to figure out who is the racist. You advocate selection of people on race [being in favour of quotas]. That makes you the racist.
You also consider it beneath your dignity to debate. A classic sign of racism. Let's face it, defending racist views isn't a winning proposition, so it's no wonder they don't want to debate.
Most people have got the idea nowadays that while races can have averages different from each other, individuals vary over a wide range, so predicting characteristics such as "top sprinter" from race is not going to be successful. Some negroes are rotten at running and some melanin-deficient are excellent. Similarly for being brainy. There are plenty of dull melanin-deficient and intelligent melanin-rich. Most people understand that.
Racists don't. They think that irrespective of talent available, quotas should be met. Need a scientist to meet a quota? Measure the melanin and declare them a good candidate. Give them a nice, safe job where they can't do too much harm.
