Tech, Unlike IMRS's savvy quotations to the media, ALYD always seems to get themselves in trouble when they open their mouth. However, I believe that the actual quote was "well in excess of 50 million" in 1998 and "well in excess of 100 million" in 1999. I cannot fathom what "well in excess" is equal to, but IMHO the numbers quoted are for already existing business and that ALYD will hit those numbers if they don't make another sale. I could be wrong, it has happened, but I tend to believe that this was another effort to stay out of trouble that backfired.
