Clarke's testimony UNDER OATH stands. Bush ordered the Saudis freed after the country, or people working directly for Bush. If he lied under oath (which I seriously doubt) then call on your congressmen to charge him with perjury. If not, then there are all kinds of reasons that he, like Tenet, might choose to take some of the heat himself, not being under oath later. His whole career might depend on it.
