The latest article I can find shows Bema as having issued shares of 73 mil.,that was on June 25. I think AZS has 42 mil. fully diluted if you were curious about them. I am not to sure about your 233k oz/yr, is that not the total production from the refugio mine(50% BEMA/AMAX).At any rate i think everything is up in the air now until they find out how big a deposit they are sitting on in the deep oxide deposit of cerro casale. I have never heard of drill results like their last release showing 2200 ft. of mineralization. Basically the entire hole showed gold. The question now is how far does it spread outwards? If you find any info let me know.
