This "dog" as you call it, scope, throws off $1.40/share in cash flow, has demonstrated dramatic growth in earnings in recent years, interrupted in this last, and is delivering infrastructure for both paging and PCS. While the phone may come to you in the US, in still-developing countries, such as China, India, Africa and inner Russia, paging will be a long-term low-cost alternative to higher cost voice lines. Small business people in those countries use cheap paging services when they can't afford telephones.

"Dog" is a term that contains very little analytical content. Perhaps you can illuminate us with your analysis of the fundamentals of this company which lead you to apply such a canine categorization to GEMS.

And what is your position in GEMS? Are you short?
