Yes, while remote managgement may never be perfected, it has a lot of room to improve. While there is some pushback from customers on offshore support, there is no pushback on engineering. U.S. companies are building big engineering teams in India (to a much lesser extent China) for both hardware and software. Once ChIndia get their graduate programs together, the U.S. will be in big trouble. L2S
