Oh, I bought a copy of "Talk to the Hand." It's on my bedside stack. Haven't read much since I went off on a tangent about slavery, which led to a tangent about the Almoravides, and I am also on a tangent about Rome.

Not to mention the quest for the perfect turkey recipe. I tried the two hour Safeway turkey recipe today. Did a few variations -- brined first, roasted breast down. The meat came out good but the presentation of a brined turkey roasted breast down isn't anything like you see in the magazines.

But "Talk to the Hand" appealed to me.
