Hi-
I have been following a lot of the little companies and I think the
opposite ...that is the time to buy..now you can buy some very cheaply
at the ground floor and then in a few years when they generate much
higher revenues they should be selling at much higher prices..
buy low sell high?(people are still not noticing them and are still
bearish...if contracts start drying up that is another thing though
