You are correct. The Democrats made quite a spectacle of themselves. The whole long drawn out attempt to steal the 2000 Presidential election in Florida was like a culmination of the Clinton Presidency. The arrogance with which Democrats treated the rule of law was informative.

It would be reasonable to assume that the failed theft attempt had much to do with the beating they took in the 2002 midterm elections. It was the first time in recent history that a President gained seats in the Senate and House during the midterms.

They irony of the situation with the most incompetent voters being Democrat voters has never seemed to dawn on Democrats or the national press. Perhaps it was not unexpected. Given the disdain both display for the intelligence of Americans, they probably already knew that anyone voting Democrat must be either easily manipulated, or lacking in mental acuity.

President Bush 43 does not really fit in any mold. He is not a liberal or a conservative. In many ways he is like a moral version of Clinton. Perhaps that is why the Democrats hate him so much. He reminds them of the President they sold their soles to the Devil to keep; but he does not require the eternal damnation as an oath of fealty.

"He loves, respects, and is true to his wife. He believes in God, patriotism, strong business that is free from strangling central control, lower taxes, tells the truth as he knows it, supports the military and rebuilt it after Clinton had tried to destroy our protection from the rest of the world, and takes no BS from congress."

Mostly I agree with you. But the part about brooking no BS... How many bill has he vetoed?

"Leaders must take the risk by being in the front lines to set an example for his troops to follow. If one sees something that is very wrong, he must speak up and criticize the offenders, or he is doomed to be one of them."

The thing that has truly set President Bush 43 apart form the last two is that he is willing to lead. President Bush 41 did what he thought was achievable, but never really lead. President Clinton only leads in the first elected President to be impeached, first President charged with crime for actions taken while President and similarly disrespectful categories.
