The terrorists are not after killing the innocent Iraqis.

Tell that to those teachers that were killed last Sept.

Note, what kind of response that triggered:

Shiite cleric, Ayatollah Mohammed al-Yaaqubi, issued a religious edict Monday allowing his followers to "kill terrorists before they kill."

If a Sunni Cleric issues the same type edict, yes there will be a civil war Shiite terrorist against Sunni terrorists. Sounds like a good war to me.
