How would such a regulation (safe gun handling versus haphazard gun handling) interfere with your sacred rights to pack guns? I am mistaken, if you have not been advocating safety through NRA training. "People who commit premeditated murder are by definition "bad guys."" Many murders are committed in throes of passion or despair by otherwise ordinary law abiding citizens that go over the top when the straw breaks the camel's back. As well, there is certainly a health model for anti-social behaviour as well as a criminal model. But let us not bog down on what a "bad guy" is. I'm out for the nonce. CYA later...
