I prefer to see a stronger basis for stating that the Zip drive is "starting to become standard equipment". Offering the drive as an *option* in a few computers does not qualify it as standard equipment. When an OEM finally comes out and declares that every Model X of their computer--and hopefully it's a more popular model--is shipping with a Zip drive whether or not the buyer has requested it, then'll I'll say the Zip drive is becoming a standard.
