Charles,

Thanks for the link. It may show the rationale behind the SEC investigation of GRNO.

SEXI was a complete stock manipulation along the lines of GIFS and IDID where the technology was questionable, at best.

I started the GRNO newsletter as a means of bringing together collective insight and analysis from every willing GRNO shareholder who wished to contribute. I ALWAYS encouraged others to do their own research by contacting the company and analyzing the same information that I was being told. WHY? Because you can't fool all of the people, all of the time. Cracks will appear under enough scrutiny, especially with the technical viability of the process.

My wife and I spent our own treasure in buying our GRNO stock positions and haven't sold a share since December when I captured a small tax loss for 1996. Lord knows we had the opportunity to sell some of our position at $10 but we didn't. Nope, instead when ALLN and company became MMkrs, we began to feel comfortable enough to buy more since we felt the "smart money" was becoming convinced of the viability of the company as well.

Now it is the company's responsibility to get this machine operational in order to justify its potential commercial viability.

It just seems that when shareholders, including the 75+ that attended the shareholders meeting in May, begin to take the diligence task in their own hands instead of relying on analysts, then discussing it on the public airwaves, we're labeled a bunch of hysters and manipulators. I personally resent that and I hope that the SEC doesn't attempt to open discussion with manipulation.

GRNO seems to have faced many obstacles this past year. Whether it was financing problems, DHEC, or the SEC investigation that have caused delays in bringing contracts to fruition, I really don't know. However, it is hard to argue with real fuel production from waste oil as a true measure of whether this company has been guilty of any abuse.

Hopefully, we only have a short period remaining until we find out one way or another whether all is as been advertised to me and every other shareholder. If not, then we all will suffer financial pain. That is what is referred to as the risk/reward factor.

ALL OF THE ABOVE IS STRICTLY MY OPINION. FORM YOUR OWN BASED ON YOUR OBSERVATIONS.

Given the above post by Charles King, I think I will be sitting back and watching from the sidelines for a while.

Regards,

Ron
