I never said the house voted on it. What I said was that the House Judiciary Committee prepared the Articles of Impeachment and voted to approve them. By the definition of impeach, the House Judiciary Committee impeached Nixon. The common definition of impeach is to bring charges against. On this matter I am unimpeachable. Ergo Nixon was impeached by the House Judiciary Committee. Or in short Nixon was impeached. Orca
