Well, the press release didn't come on Thursday; it came out on Friday afternoon over the Dow Jones. I spoke to my broker, and had it faxed to me. It said that APPV signed an agreement to acquire 35% of First United Investment Co. of Sarasota, FL. They are using 700,000 shares of Accord, and a future cash payment of $500,000. It said a lot more, and certainly looks like good news to me. I would recommend that anyone interested talk to their broker, or the company. Apple Ventures 713-977-5894 First United 941-351-4401
