Whether of not you believe the Prime Minister, it happens to be evidence that Iraq sought yellowcake.

If Wilson had come back and said there was NO evidence Iraq had sought yellowcake, despite what the Prime Minister had told him, he would have have been lying.

So Wilson came back and, with this evidence, confirmed the fact that there was evidence Iraq sought yellowcake.
