Hardly is it that simple. It is sloppy intel work. The fact that a PM guessed that Iraq wanted to talk about Yellow Cake is not evidence they did. Anyone reading that was not doing their job. If anyone in the administration read that and thought it was confirmation they weren't doing their job. Simple enough?
