so mr. grasso, this begs the question.
the Lord through Moses commanded that the passover be sacrificed only in Jerusalem. Daniel would not dare to keep the passover when he was held captive in babylon as the scriptures give witness to.
so how is that for thousands of years now the jews have been holding feasts and fasts outside of Jerusalem, whereby they not only do not honor but even blaspheme the law of Moses, all the while making a pretense of upholding the very law they blaspheme?
this is because the jews do not perform these useless rites to please the Lord, but only to be seen of men. the jews are not really interested in serving the Lord.
rather, the rabbinical instructors of the law are interested in deceiving the ignorant into believing that the jews are still the chosen people of God, honoring his law.
Zechariah 7
4. Then came the word of the Lord of hosts unto me, saying,
5. Speak unto all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying, When ye fasted and mourned in the fifth and seventh month, even those seventy years, did ye at all fast unto me, even to me?
6. And when ye did eat, and when ye did drink, did not ye eat for yourselves, and drink for yourselves?
7. Should ye not hear the words which the Lord hath cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and the cities thereof round about her, when men inhabited the south and the plain?
so you see, the Lord reproached the jews who kept the jewish feasts and fasts during their seventy year captivity. the Lord chastises them by saying that they were not fasting to him during those times.
this is the same scenario as in the verse i posted recently:
Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves. (Amos 5:26)
so as you see, israel has oftentimes been reproached for offering up sacrifices--not to the Lord--but rather to their own god.
as israel worshipped the image of the star of their god during their sacrifices to the idol in the wilderness, so now in our day israel yet again offers up sacrifices to their false god in the wilderness--the false sacrifice of the passover--while worshipping the image of the star of lucifer, the shield of saul.
the jews are no longer God's chosen people. the writings of the holy prophet Moses are clear:
Now therefore, IF ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, THEN ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. (Exodus 19:5-6)
And it shall come to pass, IF thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: (Deuteronomy 28:1)
And the word of the Lord came to Solomon, saying, Concerning this house which thou art in building, IF thou wilt walk in my statutes, and execute my judgments, and keep all my commandments to walk in them; THEN will I perform my word with thee, which I spake unto David thy father: And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will not forsake my people Israel. (1 Kings 6:11-13)
notice how the condition of being set high above the nations, not being forsaken, being a holy nation to the Lord, was all conditional upon the observance of the commandments.
as i have shown, the impious and unbelieving jews do not keep the commandments when they gather in their homes to sacrifice the passover against the proscriptions in the law.
it is nothing more than a farce, a pretense, a deception, and a cunning lie to believe that the jews are upholding the law of Moses in any way shape or form as it was enjoined upon them.
so i ask you once again mr. grasso, which judaism is being given a bad name? which jewish law specifically do you wish to see followed? i would like you to tell me which judaism is it that honors God these days?
talmudism? where did Moses command that jews follow the talmud?
Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the Lord God of your fathers giveth you. Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you. (Deuteronomy 4:1-2)
