Hi Tom: well I didn't look if, but if I had thoes same puts today chances are I'd be losing money,,,it's just a momentum play, as if a stock gets moving she will go over or under bought some, and if you happen to be watching the sceern as she starts picking up speed either way, you can jump in and ride the wave, but get out before she hits the wall and bounces back..it's only good on short term puts or calls..generly close to the stock price..if you call it wrong u loss ur butt..but momentum plays are easy to see..as long as u got the time and stay glued in..I didn't see any today, not to say there were not any..I just din't see any but got bored and bought some calls on MO , hoping to get the bounce..if she don't bouce..i lose..but short term call / puts are cheap, some people play the long term and leaps and thats ok, but the don't fit with surfing on momentum. I don't have to worry if she's good bad or ugly, as long as she's showing me shes moving..could care less if it's up or down..untill after I place the bet..if she stalls bail out and look for another one..last week Fri ASND moved 243% on a cheap little 7/16 put in one day..it went to 1-1/2, <G> didn't even look at her today, no thats a lie i looked early and passed. jim |
