They somehow need to "fence" the birds out, or else the towers will become roosts and places for raptors to perch while scanning for prey Maybe some sort of ultrasonic device, or loud broadcasts of bird alarm cries saying" Danger" like they can do. + keep them out of the main fly ways.

The speaker last night showed us a solar map of Marin Co. Where shade is,where solar be good. Said he was part of the group putting together our county general plan in the late 70's, and that he had pushed for it. GPS and ?GIS make it EZ.
