Personally, if I agreed with every single assumption held by the leftists on this thread, I too would be arguing for an immediate withdrawal ... and I'd be wondering why the Democrats aren't adamantly arguing likewise. In reality, the assertions on this thread by the left more often than not are based on fact, not assumption. More often than not, the right wing responses are based on assumption and spin, not fact. A smart man would pay more attention to the former rather than than the latter.
