After 4 (four) of these "Delinquent Filer" a cease trade is ordered until thry file. They have had 2. I doubt you will see the third. Normal? Does happen but if a company cannot get their act together and get quarters out on time, I tend to look for companies that are not in the habit of this. example: NGQ had two before they got the 1st quarter out. Now they have been given the third "Delinquent Filer" because of the second quarter not filed. Not sure what is happening there, but the forth will be a cease trade jim
