SYKEE was a hot little number until they announced they were going to have to restate earnings, and delay filing their 10-Q.
They may file the delayed info by Friday. Worth watching. If the refiling doesn't amount to much, they could shoot back up.
If it is bad, they could be delisted.

Sykes to delay quarterly filing; to restate reports (SYKE) By Carla Mozee
SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Sykes Enterprises Inc. (SYKE) said Monday evening that it will delay the filing of its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Sept. 30 beyond a previously extended deadline. The customer management products and services provider said it has completed its evaluation of the possible reclassification of certain deferred revenues from long-term to current liabilities, and will restate its consolidated balance sheets to correct the items. Skykes said the corrections do not have a material effect on its consolidated statements of operations or consolidated statements of cash flows, and did not change the earnings per share in any of the previously reported periods. Sykes plans to amend its Form 10-K for fiscal 2004 and the quarters ended March 31 and June 30. It also said it believes the restatement is indicative of a material weakness and will disclose remedial actions in the quarterly filing.
