I think if you read through this short thread -- or search the subject with your terms of choice -- you'll find the answers. You presumably saw the previous post about the court dates. I have no new information on the litigation other than that. I'll give you a couple of starting points . . .

Obviously, Kodak and AntiCancer are competing with Xenogen, but it would seem Xenogen has the better mousetrap, so to speak. This post deals with AntiCancer's platform:

Kodak just supplies imaging systems; hard to say how much of a presence/threat it is.
