It's out there for Gore, Kerry, Byrd, Kennedy, Pelosi, and I'm sure there are more. All saying Bush lied.

I'm not finding any confirmation of that from google. What I get is headlines about so-and-so saying "Bush lied" but in the body of the story, where the actual quote is, so-and-so didn't say that.

This is something it's hard to find in a search. It will be easier to watch for examples of it going forward, which I will do, and for which I expect a lot of "help" from some folks on the thread. <g>

Here's one example of the sort of thing I found. It's the same sort of thing people are posting here. I haven't yet seen an actual "Bush lied" quote posted.

"Senators Harry Reid, Dick Durbin and Ted Kennedy have accused President George W. Bush of lying about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction, insisting that he "lied us into war." ...
Here are their accusations:

Reid: "We all know the Vice President's office was the nerve center of an operation designed to sell the war and discredit those who challenged it... The manipulation of intelligence to sell the war in Iraq... the Vice President is behind that." ...

Durbin: "I seconded the motion Sen. Harry Reid made last week. Republicans in Congress have refused, despite repeated promises, to investigate the Bush administration's misuse of pre-war intelligence, so Senate Democrats are standing up and demanding the truth." ...

Kennedy: "The Bush administration misrepresented and distorted the intelligence to justify a war that America should never have fought." ...

As for that "lied us into war" bit, I don't know if that was supposed to be a quote or whether the author was using the quotes to mean "alleged" or as a name for this theme the offended parties have created as a strawman. I googled it to see if I could find some Dem Member saying that and I couldn't find it. Which is not to say it didn't happen, only that I couldn't easily find it.
