There are other ways to get your point across without using direct quotes from the the newsletter. We, as a group, are similar to many investment clubs accross the country with the obvious exception that we do not (usually) physically get together. If one of the members of an investment club shared something with the rest of the investment club from one of the newsletters that only he subscribed to, would you also view this as improper? I think we have to define our meaning of the word "public." This is a forum for UTEK shareholders, and as such all pertinent information regarding our stock should be disclosed along with where it came from. It would be an entirely different matter if the entire contents of the newsletter were scanned into HTML, uploaded to his homepage and made freely available to ANYONE. BTW, I believe that this type of discussion only detracts from the original purpose of this thread and this site; let's get on to more meaningful things. Just my .02 Brian
