I'm afraid to say I agree with your points. You're sharp enough to lay a trap in them.

I grant you, if the government tried to confiscate guns en masse, there would be massive civil disobedience and no doubt much violence. That will not happen as long as the Second Amendment stands.

I have the right to keep and bear arms. I keep them, and bear them routinely when I'm in the woods. It's the RIGHT to bear them that I'm interested in protecting.

I see the ban against guns on airplanes as an air travel regulation, not a gun regulation. By the way, you can travel with a gun, but it has to be declared and stowed in checked baggage. I've done it several times.

When I was twelve, I bought my first pistol. Nobody was charged, and I still have that pistol fifty years later.

I'm fighting laws that allow the government to infringe on the right to keep and bear arms, including tracking gun owners in a database.
