I have two malls near by and both have the Dell kiosks. They are ok, however, my experience has been that the Dell employees are really sales trained, not what I would call techies.

On another Dell subject, I've been thinking about buying the 42 inch plasma HDTV. The reviews I've read rate it above average. Have you any comments to offer as related to their performance, reliability or how well they display an analog broadcast?
