These idiots, M&N, do not know how to make a stock go up. They don't know how to use PR and IR. They announce something to an audience of 10 people and they think it's going to go up? Jerks. They say they think the company is valued at .03, and then say that's what they were offered and that it was insuffient? Dumb. That's not how you make a stock go up. They don't even know how to play the game with this potential buyer scenario. They should've said, they've been offered .03, but they are looking for a much higher price and are in negotiations. They should've said they believe the company to be valued at 1.13 a share or some higher amount. Then, this stock would've gone way higher. But, instead, they deal in little penny prices. What a waste of time... What a joke.
