Michael, what does it means to say that we are going to wage a War on Terrorism?
Over the decades there have been all sorts of wars proclaimed --- on Poverty, Racism, Hunger, etc. etc., and now the gran daddy of them all: a War on Terror. The use of such terminology should instantly alert you that something fishy is going on.
Terrorism is a police problem, not a military one.
Why is it happening?
I suppose you could say that yes, there is war --- one being waged by government on the assets and freedom of citizens.
In the article you posted, this appears:
“we must continue the war until we achieve our objective, which is to remove all the governments that sponsor terror....”
Remove all governments that sponsor terror? Yeah, like we are we going to remove Putin, because he sponsored false flag attacks on apartment buildings in Moscow, and we going to remove Sharon, because he has killed hundreds of innocent people by firing missiles into crowded tenements, and we are going to remove Bush, because he used liquid phosphorus (or whatever it was) in Falujah?
Sure we are.
What is so discouraging about these ploys --- these utterly transparent scams --- is how well they work. It tells you more than you want to know about the American people, i.e., they are just like their President, at one and the same time both innocent and brutal. |
