Presidents leak all the Time.

I've got enough nitpicky wordsmithing discussions going on. I don't need another one. <g>

But

I submit that a President cannot leak. To be a leak it has to be something that the boss doesn't want released and he's the boss. To be a leak, the leaker would have to be an underling.

Not that it matters.
